ENSENADA, BAJA CALIFORNIA, MEXICO – Alan Ampudia and Toyo Tires® claimed the overall win at the SCORE Baja 400, marking a perfect three consecutive victories in the 2025 SCORE World Desert Championship season. This result also marks the fifth time in a row that a Team Toyo driver has taken overall victory at the SCORE Baja 400 since 2021. Leading the charge, Ampudia and Team Toyo drivers Jason McNeil and Gustavo Vildósola Sr. secured three overall class wins racing on Toyo Open Country® M/T-R tires. McNeil took seventh overall and first in the SCORE Trophy Truck Spec class while Vildósola Sr. took ninth overall and first in the SCORE Trophy Truck Legends class. Vildósola Sr.’s victory extended his flawless win streak in the current season and marked his 15th consecutive victory, a historic streak dating back to the start of the 2022 season. Ampudia and Vildósola Sr. lead this year’s championship standings in their respective classes with one race left in the season.
The 427.64-mile SCORE Baja 400 got underway early Saturday morning, as drivers launched off the starting line in Ensenada, Mexico. Starting the race from second position in the SCORE Trophy Truck class, Ampudia and his #1 Monster Energy / Toyo Tires AWD Mason Motorsports Ford Raptor battled for position all day, before overtaking the leader along the coast section of the race. Ampudia maintained his lead to the finish and posted an official winning time of 8 hours, 12 minutes, and 29 seconds.
Jason McNeil and his #234 TSCO-Chevy truck returned to the winner’s circle, earning his first podium finish this year. Starting in front of his respective class, McNeil battled throughout the racecourse with other competitors in the SCORE Trophy Truck Spec class. Coming out victorious, McNeil posted an official winning time of 8 hours and 43 minutes.
Gustavo Vildósola Sr. and his #1L Mason Motorsports / Toyo Tires / Vildosola Racing / Ford Raptor captured the SCORE Trophy Truck Legends class win, remaining perfect in 2025 with three victories in three races and claiming a 15th consecutive class win. After qualifying first in the Legends class, Vildósola Sr. crossed the finish line with an official winning time of 8 hours, 51 minutes, and 45 seconds.
“It was an incredible battle right from the start and a super fun race, marking three wins in three races this season!” said Alan Ampudia. “Now, we’re going to try and complete the perfect season at the Baja 1000. Our pace was tremendous all day long thanks to our Toyo tires and we knew we had what it took to get the job done.”
“This was such a fulfilling result for me and the whole team after a really technical and demanding drive,” said Jason McNeil. “Starting up front was key and battling for position all day made this victory that much sweeter.”

Alan Ampudia’s most recent Trophy Truck win makes it five SCORE Baja 400 wins for Toyo Tires, with victories from Ampudia (2025) and Bryce Menzies (2021, 2022, 2023, 2024).
